Live, small flying insects found. Upon inspection, observed approximately 20 small flying insects inside of salad spinning machine on prep table in dishwashing area of establishment. No food items observed in machine. Manager quickly closed lid and removed machine from establishment to remove the insects. No obvious signs of small flying insects observed in other parts of establishment during inspection.
