Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust: observed ice machine door with a mold-like substance on it. Owner/Operator cleaned during inspection.

Carbon dioxide/helium tanks not adequately secured: Two tanks, one connected to the beverage dispenser, not secured to prevent them from falling. Owner/Operator secured.
In-use utensil stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit: Tongs in pan of water at 70° F on serving line. Owner/Operator removed the tongs and the container to the dish area.

Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food: Bowl used for scoop in flour. Container used as scoop in jasmine rice. Owner/Operator removed.
Carbon dioxide/helium tanks not adequately secured: Three CO2 tanks not secured in prep room by soda rack.
In-use knife/knives stored in cracks between pieces of equipment: Two knives ere between the make line and a reach-in cooler. One knife was between the Sam reach-in freezer and a table. Owner/Operator removed the knives.
In-use utensil in non-time/temperature control for safety food not stored with handle above top of food within a closed container: Rice and cornstarch scoop handles were lying in the products. Owner/Operator removed.
Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust: Reach-in freezer next to make-line and make-line in kitchen soiled on both side from knives being placed between the equipment. Owner/Operator had employees clean.
