No sanitizer of any kind available for warewashing. Only use single-service items to serve food to customers until sanitizer is available for warewashing. Operator did not have sanitizer that is safe for food contact surfaces. Operator has a bottle of bleach that does not have a label stating that it is safe for food contact surfaces. There is another bottle of bleach, but the label has been removed and the operator did not have the label. Operator was able to purchase the correct sanitizer at the time of inspection.
