Faucet/handle missing at plumbing fixture. -Observed hot water faucet at handwashing sink in disrepair.
In-use utensil used with moist food stored in running water with insufficient velocity to flush food particles away. Observed dipper-well used to store in-use ice cream scoops with no running water. Operator turn pipe on to ensure proper velocity to flush food particle.
