Dish machine was not set up at the start of the inspection. Manager set up dishmachine, ran twice 0ppm. Sanitizer was empty. Operator grabbed a new sanitizer bucket, primed and ran once without priming, 50ppm chlorine. Discussed with Supervisor Benedict.
