Employee moved both to bottom of cooler for proper separation. 2) In lowboy drawers at cookline, containers of raw beef and chicken in top drawer above packs of sliced cheese in bottom drawer with no divider plate between drawers. Employee moved cheeses to empty spaces in upper drawer.
