Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. 1) In kitchen Valpro 2 door reach in cooler, open case of raw shell eggs and container of raw beef on shelf above container of mixed lettuce and container of tomatoes. Employee moved both to bottom of cooler for proper separation. 2) In lowboy drawers at cookline, containers of raw beef and chicken in top drawer above packs of sliced cheese in bottom drawer with no divider plate between drawers. Employee moved cheeses to empty spaces in upper drawer.
Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Mold like substance on baffle inside ice machine.
