Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Observed shell eggs stored over cleaned vegetable and ready to eat sauces. Staff removed and placed eggs on bottom shelf.
Stop Sale issued due to food not being in a wholesome, sound condition. Observed tuna steaks thawed in commercially ROP bearing a label indicating that it is to remain frozen until time of use no longer frozen and not removed from reduced oxygen. Staff removed tuna steaks from ROP bags, as per chef product has been thawed from the previous day.
