Raw animal foods not properly separated from one another based upon minimum required cooking temperature when stored in a freezer - not all products commercially packaged. In the reach in freezer, open container of raw chicken tenders over raw frozen tilapia. Operator rearranged the storage levels.
Stop Sale issued due to food not being in a wholesome, sound condition. In the standup reach in cooler, five packages of fully thawed and sealed vacuum packaged salmon filets. Operator removed the salmon to not be sold to the public.

Commercially processed reduced oxygen packaged fish bearing a label indicating that it is to remain frozen until time of use no longer frozen and not removed from reduced oxygen package. In the standup reach in cooler, five packages of fully thawed and sealed vacuum packaged salmon filets. Operator removed the salmon to not be sold to the public.

Table top fryer stored in front kitchen area not under the hood system. Per operator no longer in use and will remove, utilized table unit when one large fryer was not functional.
