Observed cooked meatballs, stored inside walk in cooler, date marked 08-12-25. Per operator, food prepared and frozen 08-12-25 and removed from freezer approximately 6 days prior to inspection. Educated proper day marking and time tracking with operator. Operator corrected date marking on food.
