Dishmachine not washing/rinsing properly. Must wash, rinse and sanitize all dishware, equipment and utensils in three-compartment sink until dishmachine is functioning properly. Observed dish machine not set up. Per operator change to another dishwasher supplier. Operator set up three compartment sink.
Equipment in poor repair. Observed Atosa 3 door freezer door lining missing exposing styrofoam insulation.
