Upon inspection, observed the following temperatures of food in outdoor coolers: raw burger patties 48f, raw steak 45f, ribs 47f, raw chicken breasts 49f, marinated chicken 61f and cut cabbage 58f. All products in coolers over 4 hours per owner/operator.

Employee discarded one pan due to it being almost empty and the other pan employee reheated to 165f during inspection.
