Food prepared in a private home. See stop sale. Observed ice creams packaged in small bags in small reach-in cooler, per operator ice creams are from another vendor and makes the ice cream at home. Educated operator on why food prepared from home cannot be sold to the public. Per operator, they will be removing the cooler and giving it back to the vendor.
