No measuring device available for measuring utensil surface temperature when using hot water as sanitizer in a dishmachine. Observed measuring device not properly working.
Raw or undercooked oysters offered and establishment has no consumer advisory sign provided on wall, menu, placard, table tent or by any other written means. Raw animal foods must be fully cooked prior to service. Emailed the GM the Oyster Consumer Advisory HR Form 5025-531. The GM printed out Oyster Consumer Advisory and Posted it during Inspection.
Ceiling/ceiling tile shows damage or is in disrepair.
Equipment in poor repair. Observed stand up reach-in cooler in prep area gasket torn.

In-use utensil in non-time/temperature control for safety food not stored with handle above top of food within a closed container. Observed utensil touching the hush puppy mix and conch critter mix. The GM removed utensils from conch and hush puppy mix.
Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed handwashing sink handles behind front counter display case has rust like substance on them.
Open dumpster lid. The GM closed dumpster lid during inspection.

Observed crab cakes at cooks line prepared onsite more then 24 hours prior as per employee statement, items were not properly date marked. Operator corrected date information.
