Employee switched from working with raw food to ready-to-eat food without washing hands. Cook on cook line handled undercooked (raw) ground beef burger and immediately handled basket of ready to eat french fries without removing gloves and washing hands. Manager coached employee on proper hand washing procedures.
Raw animal food stored over or with ready-to-eat food in a freezer - not all products commercially packaged. In reach in freezer by front of vehicle, opened bag of raw chicken tenders stored on top of bag of ready to eat french fries. Items moved and stored correctly.
