Employee began working with food without washing hands after taking customer order. Advised manager that all Food employees shall clean their hands and exposed portions of their arms immediately before engaging in food preparation including working with exposed food, clean equipment and utensils, and unwrapped single-service and single-use articles.
Observed various empanadas and prepared sandwiches held using time as a public health control has no time marking. As per manager food had only been out for about 1 hour prior to start of inspection. Advised manager food used without temperature control must be time marked and food in unmarked containers or packages, or marked to exceed a 4-hour limit shall be discarded.

All were located on front counter with various other foods that are kept at ambient temperature. Per manager food had only been out for about 1 hour prior to start of inspection.
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times due to utensils and plastic containers being stored inside. Advised manager that all handwashing sinks must remain accessible at all times for employee use.
