Employee personal food not properly identified and segregated from food to be served to the public. Employee personal food and drinks stored labeled in the walk in cooler over cheese to be served to customers. Operator relocated the personal items to the bottom shelf.
In-use utensil for non-time/temperature control for safety food not stored in a clean, protected location. Pizza paddle stored on top of the pizza oven exposed to dust. Operator placed the paddle on a easily cleanable sheet tray.
Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Walk in cooler and reach in chest freezers have mold like substance build up of the door gaskets. Accumulation of dust on the hood filters of the grill.
