An employee sliced meat from a gyro cone and spread it out on a sheet tray to cool, gyro meat (133F - Cooking). Operator moved the gyro meat to the flat top grill, 182F cooking.

Plumbing system in disrepair. The cold water handle is missing from the hand washing sink next to the upright coolers.
