Observed Feta Cheese (44F - Cold Holding); American Cheese (51F - Cold Holding); Shredded Lettuce (49F - Cold Holding); and Potato Salad (50F - Cold Holding) in reach-in cooler across from cook line at 12:00 PM. Products had been in cooler since 11:00 AM. Cooler was accidentally unplugged. Operator plugged in cooler and turned cooler down, product started to cool.
