Observed plastic container cut tomatoes sitting on top of container of raw mushrooms at 53F at opened flip top cooler at prep counter- per chef, items not prepped or portioned today and left out of temperature for approximately 30 minutes. Chef placed tomatoes back inside reach in cooler to quick chill, items 42F at 12:55
