To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. Operator unable to provide proof of employee food safety training. The establishments Learn Now system was not operating during this inspection. After multiple attempts operator would receive a timed out message and couldn't retrieve food safety training info.
Buildup of food debris/soil residue on equipment door handles. Inner side of handles on proof box soiled.
Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Gaskets on reach-in pizza cooler soiled. Also, filters in hood above fryers soiled. Also, underside of shelving that is a non food contact area of shelving in proof box has accumulation of debris.
