Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly 0ppm. Operator set up triple sink with 200ppm QAC to sanitize.
