Stored food not covered. Observed 2 cambro with tomato sauce inside, in walk in cooler not covered. Observed operator covering containers.
Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. Observed mop sitting in mop sink, not properly hung up to dry. Operator stated that it's being thrown away.

No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Observed by driver station, the very first hand washing sink when you walk into kitchen with no paper towels. Operator stated that they were out of paper towels. The other two hand washing sinks have them.

Equipment in poor repair. Observed in reach in cooler across from pizza oven torn gaskets
Food stored on floor. Observed in walk in freezer a white container with lid, with chicken nuggets inside, stored on floor. Observed operator removing container and placing back on shelf
Working containers of food removed from original container not identified by common name. Observed a yellow container with lid with a BBQ like substance inside of it with no identifying label. Observed operator labeling said container with product name on it.
