At the front counter: Hot holding: meatballs 114F, chicken wings 108F, noodles 127F pizza: 80F, 83F,81F, 82F 80F and 82F. Employee moved meatballs and noodles to oven and reheated to 165F, pizzas and chicken wings will be on time as a public health control. Inspector provided form. All food cooked/prepared at 9:00am.
