Time/temperature control for safety food identified in the written procedure as a food held using time as a public health control has no time marking and the time removed from temperature control cannot be determined. See stop sale. Pizza on time as public health control in the front counter area with no time mark. Owner stated the pizza had been on time as a public health control since 1pm. Owner placed a time mark on the pizza.
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Cans of paint stored over clean pans on a shelf next to the walk in cooler. Owner removed the paint.
A return visit. The problems from the previous inspection had been dealt with.
