Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Employee cleaning at three compartment sink washed gloved hands and began to prepare food. Employee exited and re-entered MFDV, handled a bug zapper and changed gloves without washing hands. Discussed with employees. Employees discarded old gloves, washed hands and wore new gloves during time of inspection.
