Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Inside warmer at front counter: cheese pizza (71F - Hot Holding). Person in charge stated they do not use Time as a Public Health Control and reheated the pizza to 180F. Inspector provided the employee with documentation for using Time as a Public Health Control during this inspection.
