Commercially processed ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food opened and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked after opening. In reach in cooler in kitchen, container of chili and container of cheese sauce opened yesterday morning have no date. Operator dated items.

Bathroom located inside establishment not completely enclosed with tight-fitting, self-closing doors. Door for unisex restroom in bar area.
