Opened employee beverage container( bottle water )above liquid eggs to be served to customers inside victory reach in cooler in kitchen. Operator removed bottle water.
Unwrapped single-service utensils( spoons) not presented so that only the handles are touched in breakfast buffet station. Operator stored utensils with handles facing upwards during inspection.

Food stored on floor. Plastic Gatorade and water bottle cases on floor in back storage area. Manager moved all off of floor.
