Establishment charging operational charges without properly disclosing the information on the menu/web/app and the bill/receipt. Spoke to Manager gratuity not disclosed on menu only on the bill, Restaurant will be replacing menu in October a sticker will be placed on menu temporarily.
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed sanitizer buckets stored inside hand wash sink, located near the dry storage room.
