Establishment has no written procedures for employees to follow in response to a vomiting or diarrheal event where the vomit or diarrhea is discharged onto surfaces in the establishment. As per operator, no written cleanup plan. Discussed with the operator and provided handout.
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed ice bucket inside handwash sink by the three compartment sink. Operator removed the ice bucket from the hand washing sink.
Manager or person in charge lacking proof of food manager certification. Person in charge could not provide food manager certificate, Julizza Marin.
No proof provided that food employees are informed of their responsibility to report to the person in charge information about their health and activities related to foodborne illnesses. Discussed with the operator and provided the form.
