Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Upon inspection observed moisture between stacked plastic pans on drying racks.
Walk-in cooler/freezer shelves with rust that has pitted the surface. Upon inspection observed multiple rusted shelves inside walk-in cooler.

Food stored on floor. Upon inspection observe food stored on the floor in walk-in freezer. Employee proceeded to pick up food and placed it on shelves at time of inspection.
