Far left drink prep reach-in cooler:; heat treated open almond milk (45F - Cold Holding); half and half (45F - Cold Holding); milk (45F - Cold Holding) for less than two hours after morning drink prep per operator. Operator placed foods in ice bath and moved foods to larger cooler for quick cooling.
Establishment advertised crab on menu/menu board but served imitation crab. Observed to go menus and large posted menu advertising crab, serving imitation crab. Operator updated all menus with "krab" at time of inspection. Provided operator with misrepresentation handout and discussed proper representation with operator.
Menu does not identify which items contain raw or undercooked animal foods covered by the consumer advisory. Observed to go menus missing reminder of consumer advisory on tuna, salmon, per operator served raw. Operator updated menus with proper marking denoting all raw items at time of inspection.
