In refrigeration unit at front counter: Tuna 45F retemp 32F, tuna 45F retemp 42F, shrimp 54F retemp 42F, fish roe 63F retemp 38F, krab 45F retemp 42F. Operator states all food was brought from walk in to front line at 12pm. Operator placed all food in freezer for rapid chill. Operator stated he will call to have unit maintenanced and is aware not to use unit until working properly.
