Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed hand wash sink next to three compartment sink used to hold dishes. Discussed with operator hand sinks are only for handwashing to prevent and reduce cross contamination. Operator removed dishes.
Observed 4 packs of raw tuna fish in Commercially processed reduced oxygen packaged fish bearing a label indicating that it is to remain frozen until time of use. Raw tuna is still partially frozen and operator has made a large cut in every bag. Discussed with operator raw fish must be completely removed from vacuum sealed environment once the thawing process begins.

Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. At time of inspection, bottles were placed inside hand washing sink near three compartment sink. Crates and boxes were blocking hand washing sink. Operator cleared items for easy access to hand washing sink.
