Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. Need to take off the vacuum breaker on the chemical side and put it on the fresh water Bibb side.

Equipment in poor repair. Observed prep sink in kitchen has one leg missing. Establishment has food containers that are empty to help stabilize the prep sink. Establishment does have a new prep sink stored in the kitchen closer to mop sink. Just has to installed the new one.
