Spray hose at dish sink lower than flood rim of sink. Observed mop sink hose attached to faucet hose is touching the bottom of mop sink. Operator hung up the hose so it won't touch the bottom of the sink.
Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Observed interior of ice man is soiled.
Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. Operator properly stored the mop.
