Main kitchen dry storage room- observed approximately 15 live flying insects flying around cases of paper towels, toilet paper and and landing on bread buns on bread racks. Bread buns are in original packaging. Observed 1 live flying insect landing on closed container of BBQ sauce. Observed 3 live flying insects landing on case of single service Togo utensils on dry storage shelf. Main kitchen mop sink- observed 3 live flying insects landing on wall at mop sink. Main kitchen- observed 2 live flying insects flying around chicken tenderizer machine. Observed 2 live flying insects landing on wall at meat tenderizer machine. Main kitchen prep sink at entrance door of kitchen- observed 4 live flying insects flying around cases of gloves and landing on wall. Dining area- observed 2 live flying insects flying around outside men's restroom door. Observed 1 live flying insect inside men's restroom. Main kitchen prep table- observed 4 live flying insects landing on open bag of rice inside rice bin and landing on clean plastic aprons.
