Observed employee touched dirty container from the floor and continued working with food without hand washing. Employee was coached and washed her hands correctly.
Equipment gaskets in poor repair. Observed reach in cooler gaskets in disrepair. As per manager, the gaskets were ordered already for replacement.
In-use utensil not stored with handle above the top of time/temperature control for safety food and rim of the container. Observed ton handle touching the cut lettuce. Employee corrected it immediately.
