After manager instructed, employee discarded gloves, washed hands and put in new pair of gloves.

Employee working in window service, pull up his pants, touched his face, then proceed to closed three foam containers with food inside, for customers orders without washing hands. After manager instructed, employee washed hands and wear gloves.
