Observed employee handle raw chicken with gloved hands, then go back into walk in cooler to grab more chicken with same hands. Inspector spoke to operator about glove changing before touching anything else. Employee removed gloves and washed hands.

Final temperature for onion (177°F- reheating) and cooked vegetables (167°F - reheating).

As per operator for less than two hours. Operator moved the products to reheat at grill. And on the steamer. Cooked chicken diced (169 F - Reheating) Cooked steak (170 F - Reheating).
Carbon dioxide/helium tanks not adequately secured. The carbon dioxide tank was secured.
Exterior door has a gap at the threshold that opens to the outside.
