Employee washed hands with cold water. Employee from front counter washed hands with cold water only before putting on new gloves. Reviewed with manager proper procedures and employee rehashed hands with warm water.

Employee dumping liquid from cases of raw chicken directly into floor drain and not immediately cleaning the floor area cresting contamination risk of tracking through restaurant. Employees began to mop floor area around drain and employee advised to use prep sink only in the future.
