Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. In a container with ice at cook line observed cut tomatoes (52F - Cold Holding), as per manager for less than 30 minutes. Operator added ice to rapidly cool.
No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. QT test strips not available.

Employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring on their hands/arms while preparing food. At front counter. Operator removed the brasalet.
Floor tiles missing and/or in disrepair. Observed floor tiles at mop sink in disrepair.
In-use utensil for non-time/temperature control for safety food not stored in a clean, protected location. Observed a scoop for cooked rice stored between the preparation sink faucet and wall. Operator removed the scoop and moved it to the three compartment sink to be cleaned.
