Wiping cloth quaternary ammonium compound sanitizing solution not at proper minimum strength. The operator added quaternary sanitizer to sanitizer bucket to obtain correct stringer.
Exit door locked. For reporting purposes only with bread rack. The manager moved bread rack to side of exit door.
