Employee touched soiled surface and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Employee did not wash hands or change glove after picking up trash from floor and resumed cooking chicken at grill. Informed operator the importance of proper handwashing. Employee changed gloves and washed hands at time of inspection.
