As per manager food were placed in reach in cooler around 10:30 AM. Stop sale was issued.

As per operator food was cooked at 10:30 AM Stop sale was issued. Also observed chicken soup (98F - Hot Holding); cooked beans (108F - Hot Holding)located on counter across of dishwasher machine. As per operator less than 3 hours.
