Must submit plans and plan review application to DBPR H and R Plan Review office located at 2601 Blair Stone Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32399-1011. Plans must be submitted AND approved within 60 days. Dishwasher was added, hand washing sinks have been added. There is a bar area on first floor and second floor not reflected in plans.

In the dough mixer, on top of clean plates on the cooks line, on the lining of the walls throughout the kitchen, under dolly in the kitchen, under all of the equipment in the kitchen, under the reach in cooler in the kitchen under the prep tables in the kitchen, in the dish area, 6 in barrel area, inside the plate holder, on top of clean sheet pans, in the area where the reach in cooler and freezer is (behind and under).
