Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Plastic containers of raw beef and raw chicken in marinade were stored on wire shelving in the walk-in cooler directly above large tubs of sauces. Educated Operator about proper storage of raw proteins.

Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Handwashing sink by the dishwasher was blocked by a mop and bucket in front of the basin. Handwashing sink on the cook line was blocked by a speed rack holding trays of cooling beef. Operator moved all items that were blocking the handwashing sinks.
