Observed spicy chicken (46F - Cold Holding); chicken wings (47F - Cold Holding); chicken breast (47F - Cold Holding); shredded cheese (49F - Cold Holding) stored in the walk in cooler. As per operator noticed the ambient temperature of the walk in cooler at 45F at 11am, technician was called. Advised operator to put items in the walk in freezer until unit is fixed.
