Employee touched face/hair and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Employee entered kitchen from outside, proceeded to wash their hands. While drying hands employee used same towel to wipe face and continue drying hands. Employee proceeded to put on gloves to prepare chicken for cooking without rehashing hands. Inspector stopped employee and had employee wash hands and change gloves.
