Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed employee put on gloves to bread raw chicken without washing hands first.
Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. See stop sale. Two pans of raw chicken or the right at breading station at 46F and 49F. Per employee, chicken placed in the cooler before 9am from walk in cooler. Temperatures taken at 1:15pm. Coleslaw in reach in cooler next to front counter at 56F. Per person in charge, coleslaw prepared two days prior. Cheesecake portions in reach in cooler next to front counter at 55F. Per person in charge, cheesecakes prepared yesterday.
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Spray bottle of oven cleaner hanging on shelving over stored take out boxes.
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Handwash sink at breading station blocked by cases of flour and shortening. Employee moved cases during inspection.
